Machine Overview

The LK-T80 press line is engineered specifically for continuous production with 4 to 6-cavity molds. Its main frame adopts an "H" structure that delivers superior workbench stability and extends machine service life compared to traditional "C" frames.

The core bolster plate is constructed from solid steel, resisting deformation even during extended high-speed stamping operations. This ensures consistent mold precision and product quality over time.

Specifically tuned for thin materials like 28 microns, the LK-T80 eliminates common issues of tearing, wrinkling, and feeding instability. The machine easily adapts to heavier gauges through parameter adjustments, requiring no major mechanical changes.

The 28-micron material is thin. Will the produced containers lack strength or break easily?
No. For a 660ml container, we design reinforcement ribs into the mold. Using suitable aluminum alloys and the machine's specific forming process, the 28-micron finished product has sufficient rigidity and crush resistance.
What is the defect rate for this 660ml, 28-micron container production?
With stable raw material quality and a properly tuned mold, our on-site testing shows a defect rate of around one in a thousand.
How do we operate it if my workers have no experience with this machine?
You have three options: send workers to our factory for 2-day hands-on training, receive detailed installation and operation videos for remote guidance, or we can dispatch an engineer to your site for installation and training (travel expenses covered by customer).
Can I run other container sizes on this machine?
Yes. The workbench and mold setup height are designed for multi-cavity tools. You can order custom molds for other sizes like 450ml or 750ml, making the machine produce multiple products.
Is maintenance complicated? Are key parts prone to failure?
Maintenance is straightforward, mainly periodic oil changes and inspections. Key components like the PLC, motor, and electrical parts are from Mitsubishi, Innomotics, and Schneider, ensuring long operational life and easy global sourcing for replacements.
