The T63 is a fully automatic aluminum foil container production line that includes a decoiler, press, stacker, scrap aspirator, and scrap baler. The complete line runs from coil feeding to finished stacking with just one operator.
The scrap aspirator removes waste aluminum from the press area immediately after cutting. Waste material is transferred directly to the baler and compressed into blocks. One baler can serve 2-3 press lines, keeping the workshop clean and reducing manual labor.
The line runs automatically at 35-70 strokes per minute. At 50 strokes per minute with a 3-cavity die, output is approximately 9,000 finished pans per hour. The solid worktable provides better stability than hollow designs, extending die life and maintaining consistent pan dimensions.
The hydraulic pump and mold lifting arm allow one person to change a die in about 15 minutes. The machine stores 60 mold parameter sets. After changing the die, simply recall the setup and resume production without re-entering data.
