The LK‑T63 is a fully automatic aluminum foil container making machine, specially designed for 3‑cavity mould production. It is mainly used for producing small and medium‑size aluminum foil containers, with a stable C‑frame structure as the main body.
This machine is supplied as a complete production line, including decoiler, press unit, mould lifter arm, safety door, scrap aspirator, control cabinet and 3‑ways stacker. It uses a lithium‑based ester oil lubrication system for stable and reliable long‑term operation.
The LK‑T63 is equipped with a safety door that automatically stops the machine when opened during operation, ensuring high safety for operators. It can run continuously for 24 hours, with a working speed of 35–68 strokes per minute and an output of about 9,000–12,000 pieces per hour. Only one operator is needed to run the whole line.
